Renowned commentator Martin Tyler, aged 77, has announced his departure from Sky Sports after an illustrious 33-year career. Since the inception of the Premier League in 1992, Tyler has been the definitive voice of football on the network.

Tyler initially served as the second commentator under Brian Moore at ITV during the 1980s before joining Sky in 1990.
